Silver Star Ski Camp
This is our largest and most popular trip, and is held yearly at the end of November / beginning of December. For those of you who have never been to Silver Star, this is the don’t-miss event of the season, with shared accommodation in deluxe on-mountain chalets, and instruction with world-class coaches at our Ski Camp.
This year's dates are: Thursday Dec. 1 2011 to Sunday Dec. 4 2011.
Callaghan Camp
We have booked accommodation in the Whistler Athlete Centre (the former Athlete’s village) located at Function Junction, 10 minutes north of the turnoff to Callaghan Valley.

Hollyburn Hot Chocolate
During the ski season, Nordic Racers can get a free hot chocolate at Hollyburn Lodge every Wednesday night.
Annual AGM
All fully paid members 18 years of age and older are eligible to run for the club executive positions and to vote (no proxies). Come out and elect your club directors and officers.
Community Events
These activities are not official events sanctioned by the Nordic Racers.
Tuesday Night Races
These races are designed to be an introduction to racing for those who have never ski raced before. They also act as training races for the loppet skiers. Everyone is welcome! — the emphasis is on fun and participation.
Grouse Grind- Tuesday evenings
Meet at the trailhead at 6:30 p.m every Tuesday throughout the summer. Those without Grouse Skyride passes need $10 for a downloading ticket on the tram (or hike down the BCMC trail). Bring something dry to wear if you want to go for dinner nearby after (usually at Earls, Cactus Club, or similar). Note that the hikes are participant driven- there are no guides/leaders.
